What if the reason youβre not where you know you could beβ¦ is that youβre tripping over your own brain?
What if the reason youβre not where you know you could beβ¦ is that youβre tripping over your own brain?
Hereβs what I mean:
Your brain is hit with 11 million bits of information every second.
Colors. Sounds. Words. Smells. Micro-expressions. Opportunities. Dangers.
But youβre only consciously aware of about 64 of them.
So how does your brain decide which 64 you get?
Through the reticular activating system (RAS) β your brainβs filter.
And what programs the filter?
Your beliefs.
If you believe money is scarce β your brain literally deletes opportunities to make it.
If you believe people canβt be trusted β your brain edits out every example of loyalty.
If you believe youβre not good enough β your brain blinds you to the doors that are already open.
This is why you can have 2 people in the exact same situation β one spots the opportunity, the other doesnβt even notice it was there.
Itβs not intelligence.
Itβs not luck.
Itβs not timing.
Itβs the Belief Lock.
Until you rewrite the code your brain is filtering from, youβll keep tripping over the same old pathways.
Because your brain isnβt showing you reality.
Itβs showing you your programming.
